Chubb Obtained summary judgment in high-stakes litigation stemming from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine—the largest aviation insurance dispute since 9/11.

Johnson & Johnson Negotiated a settlement with AGs from 42 states and the District of Columbia to resolve a multi-state investigation into J&J’s marketing of talc-based products.

Samsung Secured victory when the Seventh Circuit ruled that Samsung need not pay US$4 million in individual arbitration fees for 35,000 consumers claiming the company illegally collected their biometric data.

The Walt Disney Company Represented Disney in three actions arising from its opposition to Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” law and involving control of the local governing body encompassing Disney World.

Citibank Represented Citibank, as administrative agent, in a US$5 billion unsecured senior revolving credit facility for Alexandria Real Estate Equities.

Comstock Resources Advised the natural gas producer on its private offering of new 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2029 in the aggregate amount of US$400 million.
