We’ve long told the O’Melveny story by repeating the same refrain: pro bono is in our DNA. It’s shorthand for something foundational about our firm, for commitments that run deeper than a mere program or policy. Pro bono is central to who we are—to how we think of our obligations as lawyers—no matter what market conditions or industry dynamics might bring. It’s ingrained, instinctive, and constant. Despite an incredibly busy 2025, our US attorneys donated 70,000+ hours of life-altering legal services to individuals and communities seeking justice and protection.
